Subject: New Luxury Residential Development – London
Kings Club luxury residences in London will soon be released to the general public for purchase and investment but, as a special offer, you may pre-register on the website and get preferred pricing and the best selection before everyone else.
It seems Helle Twatson thinks sending spam to millions of victims is somehow a special offer. Could that be due to her having personally screwed all the homeless people in London and contracting every STD known to man? I don’t know, I’m just speculating. It’s not like spammers are the brightest people on the planet or—well—people at all.
Checking out the domain registry I see it’s registered to:

Oopsies! Yet another Canadian spammer who is not aware of Canada’s anti-spam legislation. It seems the national food of Canada is no longer maple syrup and poutine, it’s spam. They sure do give a lot of it away.
